Honourable Patrick Ubru, Commissioner for Agriculture and Agro-Industrialization, Enugu State Meets with National Project Coordinator of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) in Abuja
Honourable Patrick Ubru, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Agro-Industrialization, Enugu State, recently met with the National Project Coordinator of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Abubakar Sanusi in Abuja. The meeting was centered around the Annual work plan of the state under L-PRES Enugu project and also discussing opportunities to enhance livestock productivity, resilience, and sustainability in Enugu State.
It was agreed to explore collaborative efforts aimed at improving the livelihoods of livestock farmers in Enugu State, with a focus on increasing productivity, ensuring sustainability, and fostering climate resilience. This partnership is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the livestock sector in the state, benefiting local farmers and boosting food security that will strengthen Enugu’s livestock industry and promote long-term agricultural sustainability.
